A Massage Therapist in Northern Ireland, in my 40s, who had set up a side blog for skin health, but due to current global events in 2020, I had to act quickly to utilise my website. I thought why not express more of what I enjoy on the blog. So, that's is what I did.
I am a self confessed Skincare Junkie and I know enough about skincare as a consumer to post honest product reviews. It's not just generic skincare that I'm interested in, I like to dive deeper into the brands and when possible, interview them. I like to know what inspired brand founders to take risks and create their products, why use particular ingredients and how it feels when their ideas become enjoyed by the masses within the beauty industry.
I'm not interested in social media trend hopping for likes or working out how to beat the algorithms. I don't have time to stay on any app for hours hoping a brand will send me PR. I just love to write and hopefully engage with people that way. Sure, social media is fun. But I like to create content with a bit of depth.
I also REALLY enjoy Pop Culture and artistic creative individuals. So why not also interview such artists. Who wouldn't want to interview those that have collaborated with Madonna for such iconic moments in Pop Culture. Such as, The Blond Ambition Tour, The Girlie Show Tour and the list goes on. There are so many people I want to interview that have influenced my life in someway through their music or stage presence over the years. It kind of feels like a full circle moment when it actually happens.
I see life as a chance to progress and move forward. That's why in my Lifestyle Blogs I intend to interview individuals who help inspire positive change in others. From nutrition experts to exercise and wellbeing advocates. I want to interview them all and hopefully you too will feel inspired.
Anyway, there is plenty more to know about me and I am sure more snippets of me will be revealed as my blogs continue.
I hope you enjoy.
